All our preschool Chinese New Year activities are designed to develop specific skills.
This week the children will be working on their fine motor skills with preschool Chinese New Year activities, with lots of sticking and colouring whilst getting a better understanding of the world around them.
Learning is seamlessly integrated at Shining Stars. This week’s play will include the Chinese Dragon Dance, a fun way to reintroduce colours and will build confidence in the children.
For those of you eager to reinforce Welsh language skills at home, the word we will be introducing at snack time is “Diolch” and we will use some simple phrases in Welsh to ask for something: “Ga-i…” (Can I have…).
